I usually have my +10 vs. Lightning on for rit spikes, switching to my normal or high energy set for quick Spirit Bonds if I don't have energy. Very rarely do I get nailed by a Rit spike without having some energy hidden.

I do agree there, the game is a little more balanced. People even started playing the old frenzy + fear me warriors in gvg

Wow. I didn't know people existed that didn't use a +30 energy set.

Let's see...

+3 Life Steal at an attack rate of 1.33 seconds = 2.26 life steal/second.
+5 Life Steal at an attack rate of 1.75 seconds = 2.86 life steal/second.

Where does this guy get his information? His "gut"?
I believe he largely stole that information from the epic "vamp vs sundering" thread over on teamquitter.com, where basically custo owned everyone with his game knowledge. the slower attack speeds actually do make it more difficult to get the return from the health degen, especially when its "LOL BLURRED LOL WARDS LOL WARDING LOL HEXES LOL SNARED LOL AEGIS LOL DEFENSIVE ANTHEM"

Anyway, sundering owns.

shhhh! the point is that you're spiked down perfectly when you switch to your high set to cast
